Our client, a well-established family-owned farm specialising in parsnip and carrot production, is seeking a Farm Manager to oversee their operations in Staffordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Farm Manager looking to step up, or a Farm Manager seeking a fresh challenge within a successful and growing business.
Position Overview
As Farm Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of crop production, from planting and irrigation to crop management and harvesting. Working closely with the Farm Director, you will play a key role in implementing efficient and sustainable farming practices while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Manage the day-to-day farm operations to optimise productivity
