A large global law firm is looking for a highly experienced legal Document Production Specialist to join their document production team working on a fully remote basis. This role will be working from home on a full-time basis on either the 8am – 4pm shift or the 10am – 6pm (the choice is yours). The position is initially going to be a 12-month fixed-term contract; however, this does have a very high chance of being made permanent after the initial 12-month period.
Core responsibilities:
- Carry out requests within the departmental remit – amends, conversions, working with PDFs, digital dictation, repairing documents, organization charts, and presentations.
- Using a cloud-based file management system to check jobs in and out.
- Quality controlling of work before return to the client.
Technical skills and experience required:
- Highly skilled in templates and house styles.
- Previous experience in a Legal Document Production role.
- Advanced MS Office skills and able to work across other software packages, for example, Visio, Adobe Acrobat.
- Eye for detail and accuracy in the work produced.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Must be able to communicate job specifications and be confident in dealing with multiple users.
- Must be a team player but also have the ability and confidence to work alone when required.
