You’ll take full technical ownership of their digital platform, working closely with an internal developer, analysts, and external digital suppliers to build scalable, reliable, and future-proof applications using C#, Azure, and the Microsoft Power Platform. You’ll lead on consolidating systems, streamlining DevOps with CICD pipelines, and creating a tech strategy from scratch, all while driving meaningful change in how global leaders are assessed and developed. You'll be the second internal developer hire, which gives you a lot of responsibility and autonomy and the chance to build a team around you. There is plenty of room to get challenged, grow, and progress both personally and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Strong experience with C# development and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
- Solid Azure experience, including Azure Functions and data services.
- A DevOps mindset with experience building CICD pipelines and scalable tech environments.
Please note: You’ll also need to be based in the UK, willing to travel to Southampton at least once a month (more for the initial set-up), with expenses paid. Visa sponsorship isn't available with this position.
