Experience required…
Essential:
Degree qualified in an engineering or other relevant subject.
UK Experience within a public, private or third sector UK based client
Detailed knowledge of the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (all options).
Demonstrable technical knowledge and project experience within highway engineering.
A successful track record of delivering infrastructure projects using the NEC3 or 4 including control of the commercial aspects.
Good knowledge and understanding of CDM Regulations.
Experience working in client facing environment and ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Experience of people management and working in diverse multi-disciplined teams
A full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
NEC4 Project Manager Accreditation.
Working knowledge of MS project
APM/PMP or PRINCE 2 Practitioner
