Our client, one of the UK’s most successful financial services businesses, is looking for a dynamic, experienced temporary EA to join the CEO’s rapidly expanding and busy office. Due to the immediate need, this is initially a temp role. This role is crucial for the business and forms a part of a highly successful and capable team that looks after the day-to-day running of the chief exec’s office. As such, we are looking for an EA that is able to hit the ground running with complex diary management, general scheduling, and stakeholder liaison. This is an exciting, multifaceted role because it includes support of the CEO, Chief of Staff, and a Senior EA. While each day will be different, your core duties will include: Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application. Screen internal and external written communication on behalf of the Chief of Staff and CEO. Provide exemplary administrative support to both, relating to highly confidential and sensitive information. Inbox management. Liaising with the board support to coordinate. Acting as an Ambassador; meeting and greeting senior visitors. Manage complex international travel and the necessary visas. Complex and busy diary management for the CEO and COS. Lead and organise internal functions and events. Manage monthly expenses. Manage all outgoing correspondence systems and filing systems. Manage and reconcile the CEO’s office budget. Person specification: Previous high-level EA experience. High attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure and under tight deadlines. Emotionally intelligent.
