JOB PURPOSE: We are looking for a passionate and high-performing Digital Marketing and Customer Insights Analyst to support the acceleration of Unilever's digital commerce business. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Digital commerce team in achieving data and operational excellence across all areas underpinned by the principle of turning data into action through sales driving marketing campaigns. You will work directly with a range of customers to use sales and marketing campaign performance data to inform decision making on future activity.
- Support the digital commerce commercial team with all areas of data analytics (examples include monthly reporting, dashboards, PowerBI tools, customer data manipulation).
- Own and manage the E2E data process for key customers, from external sourcing to internal processing, manipulation, and presentation.
- Provide clear, timely, and actionable business inputs to relevant functions to ensure we achieve our 'right first time' approach at customer partnership.
- Provide insights to the business to support customer decision making on campaigns based on previous performance.
- Build, manage and own direct relationships with our digital commerce customers to ensure best-in-class partnerships.
- Be the customer point of contact (internally and externally) on any data related queries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver digital campaigns and marketing activities across digital commerce customers, working with cross-functional marketing, sales, data teams & external agencies.
- Lead on content creation across total digital commerce channels, including omni.com, QSR, aggregator and pureplayer.
- Manage artwork briefing and review process, working with brand managers to provide feedback on assets and any relevant creative materials, working with Ustudio and external agencies.
- Work with ICDC Performance Marketing Lead and IC Retail Media team to develop campaigns, positioning, and communication across digital commerce channels, with close collaboration with commercial teams.
- Book campaigns with key digital customers (including rapid delivery, pureplayer and aggregators), working directly with customers, sales teams and media agency teams to land activities.
- Track KPIs and post campaign performance of campaigns and report back to internal teams.
SKILLS: The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, will be PASSIONATE about digital and performance marketing, and disruptive business models. They will take initiative to develop a deep understanding of the B2B customers and B2C consumers, the fast-moving delivery landscape, and wider digital disruptions to future-proof our brands in this space. You will need to be resourceful, creative and a pioneer to maintain focus and ownership over your project deliverables, and work between teams to unlock true competitive advantages and growth for the UK business:

EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
- University Degree in Marketing/ Digital/ Business/ eCommerce or related field.
- Previous marketing/ eCommerce/ Retail Media/ Performance Marketing experience in workforce is preferential.
- Interested in consumer trends, digital and rapid delivery/ shoppable business models.
- A passion for Ice Cream brands.
