For our international client, RED is currently looking for an SAP HCM & Payroll Consultant to join an ongoing project. The client is seeking an experienced consultant to support business-critical HR and Payroll operations. The consultant is expected to start as soon as possible, with a 1-year contract initially. This is a hybrid role, but candidates must be UK-based and eligible to work without sponsorship.
Desired skills:
- Minimum 7 years of SAP HCM experience
- Strong configuration experience in SAP UK Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organisation Management, and Time Management
- Hands-on ABAP development experience
- Experience in integrating SAP HCM with third-party systems using SAP CPI
- Participated in at least 4 full SAP lifecycle implementations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience mentoring team members
- Exposure to SAP technical modules (Basis, Security, SAP PI), SAP Workflow, and FPM is a plus
