Our client is seeking a seasoned Reliability Engineer to play a pivotal role in crafting Reliability Programme Plans that meet the stringent standards of Def Stan 00-40. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct system and sub-system reliability activities in support of the agreed Reliability Programme Plan and the needs of the Reliability Case, during all life-cycle phases including, but not limited to:
  • Deriving appropriate reliability requirements.
  • Preparing reliability and maintainability predictions.
  • Producing FMECAs, tailored to meet specific project needs.
  • Creating and managing critical items lists.
  • Planning and supporting reliability tests, including analysing results and utilising test evidence from non-reliability sources.
  • Supporting internal and external project Reliability Panels and Committees.
  • With the support of the systems teams, and in line with the agreed Reliability Programme Plan, ensuring that the reliability requirements have been met.

Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by our clients Security Team.
