Location: Cannon Street, London

Full Time: 40 hours a week

Salary: £36,000 per annum

Working hours: Mon-Fri (Weekends & Bank Holidays off)

We are seeking an organised and efficient Business Support Administrator to join our team in London, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing administrative support to various departments within our organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage menu screen and labelling in our staff dining facilities
  • Inputting sales data into accounting system
  • Supporting the head chef with management of H&S and compliance
  • Prepare final reports, budgets and commentaries and taking minutes during meetings
  • Update and manage internal communication channels
  • Support with digital marketing
  • Manage teams birthdays and celebrations (cards/gifts/vouchers)
  • Assist in organizing and running team events
  • Support with HR tasks, including recruitment and disciplinary
  • Support with invoices, stock sheets, Nutritics & supplier content

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of 2+ years in an administrative or business support role
  • Able to visit our Surrey office, a minimum one day a month
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative
  • Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
