Salary: up to £40,000 basic, plus 10% bonus
Please note: We are seeking a fluent Spanish speaker for this role. If your application is successful, you will be asked to complete a one-way video pre-screening in Spanish, where we expect you to respond in Spanish.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Craft Tailored Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with stakeholders to secure comprehensive role briefs, design bespoke sourcing strategies, and post compelling job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Leverage Technology and Insights: Utilise advanced technology platforms and data-driven talent insights to identify and engage top candidates through head-hunting and a multi-channel sourcing approach.
- Engage and Qualify Candidates: Conduct in-depth candidate assessments against role specifications, showcasing the unique aspects of the client and role to maximise candidate engagement.
- Present Top Talent: Evaluate candidates’ commitment, address objections, and present a shortlist of qualified, highly suitable candidates to the embedded team.
- Stay Organised and Meet Deadlines: Maintain up-to-date records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment trackers while prioritising tasks to meet deadlines and exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Deliver an Exceptional Experience: Provide a world-class experience for both candidates and stakeholders, offering regular updates, market insights, and talent intelligence to the embedded team and wider business.
