Description
The In-House Legal Counsel will be:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (sales, procurement, NDAs, IP etc).
- Advising the business on early stage disputes and employment matters.
- Managing external legal counsel on complex issues.
- Providing pragmatic legal advice to key stakeholders across the business.
Profile
The In-House Legal Counsel should be:
- A solicitor or legal executive with 6+ years PQE.
- Experienced in commercial law, including contracts and procurement.
- Ideally from an engineering, industrial, or manufacturing background (preferred but not essential).
- Skilled at handling early-stage disputes and employment law issues.
- Confident in advising senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
