Ashley Kate is delighted to be partnering with a leading global professional services firm that is experiencing an exciting period of transformation. They are looking for a Change & Communications Lead to join their team on an 18-month fixed-term contract, supporting a major Global People Change Programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the communications strategy for a forward-thinking organisation, ensuring the successful implementation of their People Strategy.
The Role
- Develop & execute effective communication strategies to support the People Strategy.
- Partner with key stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and ensure alignment.
- Identify risks & resistance to change and create mitigation plans.
- Assess change impact across different business areas.
- Work closely with the Programme Manager and Change & Communications team on the Workday implementation.
- Create engaging content for internal channels, including emails, intranet, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the EVP team in Talent Acquisition to align internal & external messaging.
- Provide updates to senior leadership and HR on progress and impact.
About You
- Proven experience in HR Change Management and leading communications strategies.
- Strong project management skills with a collaborative, proactive approach.
- Experience in a large or global organisation is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is preferred.
