This position is with a Further Education College with state-of-the-art facilities and top-notch support, seeking their next Business Lecturer on a full-time, permanent basis.

You would be joining a growing department with excellent vision and values, focused on delivering engaging and enveloping courses for Business learners. This role involves delivering BTEC (Levels 1-3), Access to HE, and T Levels, equipping students with key business and employability skills.

Location: West London

Hours: 36 hours per week, full-time, permanent

Salary: £32.5k - £45k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach and assess Business courses, ensuring student success.
  • Develop and enhance course content to align with industry standards.
  • Support students with academic progress and career development.
  • Work collaboratively to improve the curriculum and learning experience.
