This is a dynamic role where you will be given the license to use your expertise to create a world-class Project Management Office (PMO) within a community, ensuring the most effective techniques, tools, and processes are utilized using your excellent interpersonal skills. Reporting to the Head of Business Transformation, you will be responsible for driving effective project and programme management controls as well as PMO governance and reporting metrics to enable successful delivery of the business transformation portfolio. In this role, you will support the successful delivery of all global business transformation projects during an exciting period of significant change, including implementing, managing, and improving PMO controls; ensuring on-time delivery; implementing and managing project gate reviews; and defining and maintaining standards for successful portfolio, programme, and project execution.

The successful candidate will be someone who can influence at all levels of a business and be highly motivated to take a role and be given the freedom to leave a positive, indelible mark.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading or having responsibility for a PMO
  • Project and/or programme management qualification
  • Evidence of utilizing metrics and reporting to successfully steer projects
