The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
The role will support Bidvest Noonan’s nationwide contracts. The position will be based from the London office and will involve travel. The Health & Safety Manager will be responsible for the Health & Safety management of the company’s activities on client sites. This includes developing and maintaining the Health & Safety programme for the contract, cross functional compliance and supporting the Noonan management team in driving and promoting a culture of compliance and excellence.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, promote and lead Health & Safety implementation plans in line with contractual requirements
- Manage legal obligations and client expectations in line with industry best practice
- Drive both Noonan objectives and client expectations on-sites
- Oversee the development and continuous improvement of site-specific risk assessments and permit to work systems to meet regulatory and corporate requirements
- Drive compliance and continuous improvement through auditing and staff training
- Engage with staff to ensure a culture of excellence is achieved and maintained
- Conduct, manage and review incident investigations
- Review process and equipment changes to identify potential Health & Safety impacts
- Review and report on relevant contractual KPIs
- Engage with the clients to ensure key contractual requirements are fulfilled
