We’re Love Cocoa and H!P Chocolate – two purpose-led chocolate brands making delicious products that do good. Love Cocoa: premium, ethical chocolate, stocked in John Lewis, Liberty and hundreds of independents. We’ve recently opened our first shop in London. H!P Chocolate: oat milk chocolate brand with listings in Ocado, Whole Foods, Booths and more. We’re a certified B Corp, members of 1% for the Planet, and have planted over 1.5 million trees so far.
THE ROLE
As Sales Executive, you’ll help us grow our presence in the UK’s independent retail channel. You’ll work across both brands and report into our sales team lead. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reaching out to new independent retailers to grow H!P and Love Cocoa listings
- Managing and supporting existing B2B accounts
- Visiting stores to build strong relationships and agree great shelf presence
- Helping with sales admin: filling out forms, updating sales trackers, planning promotions
- Creating basic sales reports and helping with forecasting
- Supporting seasonal campaigns (e.g. Christmas, Easter)

We’re looking for someone who’s keen to grow and get stuck in. You’ll need to be:
- Friendly, positive and confident with people
- A great communicator, happy speaking to buyers and shop owners
- Organised, detail-focused and happy with admin
- Curious about food & drink and the world of challenger brands
- Self-motivated – you’ll be trusted to get things done
- Resilient – rejection is part of sales, and you don’t take it personally
- Able to travel to visit stockists and attend events
