DAYS - Monday - Saturday (Any 4 days in a shift, 2 shift start times.)
Driver Hire Norwich are currently recruiting 7.5 Tonne drivers to work with a very prestigious client of ours located in Norwich.
The Role: You will be delivering household goods on behalf of a very prestigious client to customers' homes. You must be able to cope with the physical requirements of the role (you will spend a lot of time delivering large two-man items such as sofas, white goods, sports equipment, furniture, beds, and mattresses etc). You must be of smart appearance and very customer facing. You will have an induction before your start day. The work is ongoing - temporary. Deliveries must be completed in a safe and controlled manner. Completing paperwork as required and adhering to all on-site health and safety rules. Keeping an accurate record of driving hours/working hours.
Shifts:
- Days - Monday - Friday
- Am Shift 06.00-17.00
- Pm Shift 10.30-21.30
- Saturday - Am Shift 06.00-17.00
- Pm Shift 07.00-18.00
The Requirements:
- Full UK 7.5 Tonne Driving Licence
- Current CPC and Digital Tacho card
- Previous 12 months 7.5 Tonne driving - preferred
- Held C1 licence for 1 year minimum - preferred
- No more than 6 points on licence, and no CD, IN, DD or DR endorsement codes
- Excellent knowledge of Driving Hours and WTR
- Minimum PPE: Steel toecaps, Hi Vis, Hard hat
