Is this your next role? I am looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer with significant experience in a Brand Design role, for a leading global financial institution based in London. Sitting in their in-house Creative Studio, the Senior Brand Designer will help to develop, enhance and scale the brand design toolkit. As Senior Brand Designer, you will work with the wider team to create immersive brand experiences by shaping and crafting the brand expression.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the wider design team, copywriters and marketers across the business.
  • Partnering on creative briefs, idea creation and design execution across paid, owned and earned channels.
  • Own and manage projects from brief to delivery, working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with team members, internal and external stakeholders, and creative agencies.
  • Present design decisions effectively to team members and stakeholders.
  • Quality check and proof all design and production output to ensure work is error-free, fulfils the brief and adheres to brand guidelines for all channels.
  • Work closely with the Compliance and Legal teams to maintain full awareness and understanding of what approvals are needed for different channels, ensuring all materials are following best practice and consistent with legal codes of practice.
  • Ensure that customers are at the heart of everything, enhancing designs where relevant to meet firm-wide accessibility standards.

Skills and experience:

  • Substantial hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer working in an in-house design studio or creative agency at a senior level.
  • Strong technical skills, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, creating HTML5 banners, Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience delivering comprehensive large scale, multi-channel projects with a strong brand focus.
  • Solid understanding of motion design and how it impacts brand expression.
  • Experience working in financial services or other regulated industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design or similar design-related qualifications.
