We are looking for a talented Java Developer to join our team on a 6-month contract in London. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work on impactful projects in the dynamic oil & gas sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain desktop, client-server, and rich client applications using AWT, Swing, and JavaFX.
- Conduct comprehensive UI testing to ensure seamless user experience.
- Collaborate closely with Front Office stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
- Apply advanced knowledge of Java 17, IntelliJ/Eclipse, Maven, GIT, Jenkins, and RESTful Web Services.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Spring Boot, JPA, Kerberos, AWS, Ansible, Docker, and OpenShift.
- Experience with BDD and Cucumber.
Location: London (Remote possibility TBC)
