The role:
- Managing a portfolio of key clients and creating a trusted relationship with them circa 10-20 accounts
- Work strategically to find opportunities to drive more revenue into these customers through upsell and cross-sell
- Attending client review meetings and articulating IT strategy into easy-to-understand language and carrying out presentations to key decision makers
About you:
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR AN MSP
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in a customer facing sales role
- Account Management experience where you can evidence being a trust advisor for enterprise level customers
- Knowledge of the following communication product suites: Cloud & IT services, Data (MPLS, VPLS, SD-WAN), Security
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to both the IT department and to the client in understandable terms
Commutable to London or Essex office 2 days per week
