An innovative law firm with its head office in Reading is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its well-respected family law team. This role offers the flexibility to work from the Reading office or remotely, making it accessible to candidates across the UK.
The Role
The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of private family law matters, including:
- Divorce and financial settlements
- Cohabitation disputes
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Child arrangements, including residence and contact disputes
- Domestic abuse and injunctions
- Mediation and alternative dispute resolution

Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for a Family Solicitor who:
- Has at least 3 years' PQE in family law.

- Demonstrates a constructive and empathetic approach to resolving disputes.
- Is a confident communicator and effective negotiator.
Membership of Resolution or panel accreditation is desirable but not essential.
