Job Description
We are growing our consulting team and looking for F&O Technical Architects to join us on our exciting journey and be part of the Hitachi Solutions family.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Accountable for the overall technical strategy of the project (including, but not limited to, Data Migration, Integrations and key customisations), and collaborating closely with the Solution Architect to ensure that the best solution can be presented to the client.
- Accountable for setting up a good Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) process.
- Accountable for providing clear & precise development estimates.
- Accountable for working with the project management team in setting development timelines.
- Accountable for providing regular reports to the project management team.
- Accountable for setting the right structures to ensure quality in the deliverables of the development and technical teams.
- Responsible for the overall quality of all delivery work carried out within the client base.
- Responsible for ensuring that all internal published controls and processes are followed.
- Responsible for writing technical strategy documents.
- Responsible for keeping client key stakeholders informed on project or delivery progress, and representing Hitachi Solutions in key client sessions.
- Responsible for mentoring, guiding & motivating team members so they can achieve their full potential.
- Responsible for establishing an effective direct relationship with senior stakeholders.
Key Competencies:
- A strong background in the Microsoft D365 F&O stack.
- A strong, demonstrable working knowledge of best practices in the manufacturing and retail industries.
- A well-founded, demonstrable specialism within the supply chain and production modules.
- A logical approach to problem solving and structured approach to introducing change into operational systems.
- A strong knowledge of methodologies around ERP implementations.
- Excellent stakeholder and people management skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
