Responsibilities:
- Tenant liaison and dealing with formal landlord and tenant matters such as tenant applications to assign, sub-let or carry out alterations.
- Liaising with building and facilities managers on day-to-day maintenance, repair and operational issues.
- Setting and managing operating service charge budgets across a range of central London assets.
- Monitoring income and managing credit control.
- Client reporting - to produce monthly/quarterly reports as required and attendance at client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Ideally MRICS qualified.
- Experienced in property management activities and in particular working across multiple assets within the central London market.
- Ability to identify and pursue asset management and other opportunities.
- Client facing experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise workloads.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team.
- Able to use own initiative.
- Experience of property management platforms including Voyager, MRi etc would be an advantage.
