About the Role:
As a 360 Contract Recruitment Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team that builds relationships with clients and candidates in life-changing industries. If you are competitive, driven, and have the ability to get the job done while achieving ambitious targets, then SThree could be the perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Understanding and addressing the needs of both clients and candidates
- Matching candidates to suitable roles within the STEM industries
- Negotiating contracts and managing the recruitment process from start to finish
A successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant at SThree should possess most of the following:
- A natural sales ability
- Commercial experience (sales experience in B2B, telesales, F2F, D2D is advantageous)
- Competitive flair (experience in sports or high-level competitions is a plus)
- Strong relationship-building skills
- A drive and hunger to succeed
- Motivation to achieve financial success
