About the Role:
This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence at our Head Office in Hatfield twice a week. We're looking for a passionate Demand Planner to join our team at Ocado Logistics. You’ll drive the success of our product range through managing KPIs and collaborating with top suppliers. This role will give you the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and grow alongside a team committed to excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage demand and forecast planning for a wide range of products.
- Use data-driven insights to meet critical KPIs and optimise performance.
- Build strong supplier relationships and ensure smooth operational flow.
- Act as the first point of contact to resolve supply chain issues swiftly.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to stay ahead of market trends.
About You:
- You have experience in FMCG, supply chain, or merchandising.
- Can drive demand forecasting and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communicator, organised, and adaptable under pressure.
- Skilled in Excel and thrive in fast-changing environments.
The Interview Process: Our process is over two stages. The first stage includes a short presentation, which will be shared after the initial screening call with Richard Wandowski, our Lead Recruiter. You’ll meet a variety of senior members across the demand planning team during the process.
