Global Water Solutions are recruiting for a National Specification Sales Manager, to join our committed sales team with a focus on our Quatreau Multi-Function Smart Tap range of products. Our product range includes the Quatreau Smart Tap, Quatreau Touch Tap, Quatreau HydreauBar, and GWS One Stop Plus Anti-Lime Scale system and our Reverse Osmosis systems. GWS is one of the world's leading pressure vessel and water enhancement product manufacturers. Since our foundation, GWS has been focused on improving people's lives by supplying technologies and products to provide clean water worldwide and easing access to it.
We are looking for a team player and results-driven professional with specific experience gaining Specification of products amongst Consultants/Contractors, Healthcare/Hospitality/Facilities Management/Kitchen Designers, and ideally with success in the Multi-Function Smart Tap segment. Having strong business ethics and a solid proven record of exceeding Specification sales and customer satisfaction, you will relish taking a hands-on approach and be open to extensive UK and Irish travel. At GWS, you will have global exposure in a dynamic and friendly environment. The position will report directly to the UK General Manager.
Your responsibilities:
- Full Specification Management of the Quatreau Multi-Function Smart Tap range of products and GWS Water Enhancement range.
- Analysis of the market, competitors and data relating to consumer habits and needs in the Consultants/Contractors, Healthcare/Hospitality/Facilities Management/Kitchen Design channels.
- Planning of approaches to gaining Specification of Quatreau/GWS ranges.
- Regular updating/reporting to the UK General Manager.
Your Attributes:
- University/College Degree/Diploma, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management or related fields.
- Minimum 4-5 years of prior experience in similar roles, with special focus on the UK/Irish market and the Consultants/Contractors, Healthcare/Hospitality/Facilities Management/Kitchen Design channels.
- Technical knowledge of high-end consumer/commercial goods and water treatment products is considered an advantage.
- Communicative and creative with excellent negotiation skills.
- Problem solving with an entrepreneurial spirit and customer-focused approach.
- Analytical approach with a knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
