Presently recruiting for this well located hotel restaurant based near the Mold area for a Restaurant Manager to join their team. This venue is looking for a hands-on manager to work with and support the well-trained and focused team.

As Restaurant Manager you will manage the day-to-day operations working with the team and be able to offer and ensure a great guest experience working with a dedicated team. The food is modern British with approx 100 covers serving both hotel guests as well as local residents and offering a high standard of food, wines and 1st class guest experience.

Duties:
  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Manage and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales
  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures
Qualifications:
