A well known Prestige Car Dealership in the Bedford area is looking for a Service Advisor to join their team. The ideal Service Advisor will provide excellent customer service to our customers and be able to work within a stable and successful team environment.

About the Role

  • Ensure our customers receive the highest levels of service at all times.
  • Serve as the key liaison to our Customers updating additional repairs and services to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
  • Support team and management to achieve set company targets.
  • Monday - Friday - No Saturdays!
  • Achievable OTE and Bonus scheme.
  • Stable Management team.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' of experience in a Service Advisor role within the Motor Industry essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
