You will be responsible for invoicing, spreadsheet production, and general site administration, playing a vital part in the success of the project.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive admin support to the site team, including operations and commercial departments.
- Assist with invoicing, processing payment applications, and tracking costs.
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for data tracking, reporting, and project metrics.
- Coordinate document control, filing, and distribution of key project documents.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers regarding timesheets, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Support health & safety documentation, site records, and compliance paperwork.
- Handle general administrative duties such as managing emails, meeting minutes, and scheduling.
- Proven experience in a similar site administration role.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel.
- Experience with invoicing processes and commercial document management.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to liaise at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced site environment.
- Experience on a civils or infrastructure project.
- Familiarity with construction management software.
- Knowledge of NEC contracts or construction payment processes.
