We are looking for an enthusiastic Floor Manager ready to step into a junior management role and advance within their management career. As the vital link between management and staff, you will have avid collaboration opportunities with senior managers, championing yours and your team's career development.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and develop your team members, making decisions around staff head count and placement to maximize shop floor efficiency.
- Continuously monitor staff performance and deliver feedback to ensure outstanding expectations are met and staff performance is continuously improving.
- Track and enhance store KPI & operational processes, ensuring maximum financial results.
- Contribute to an organized and visually appealing shop floor through Inventory Management, stock replenishment, and Visual Merchandising responsibilities.
Role objectives and KPI's:
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by driving and maintaining exceptional service standards and promptly addressing customer needs.
- Drive team sales through effective merchandising, stock replenishment & team motivation.
- Lead and develop the shop floor team to ensure high performance, engagement, and adherence to store policies and procedures.
- Ensure the shop floor is consistently clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the customer shopping experience.

- A proven track record of handling and resolving unexpected challenges efficiently and effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in a people leadership role with evidence of the ability to adapt management styles to various store colleague needs.
