The impact you will have: Reporting to the Payments Manager, as an Accounts Payable Executive you will play a key role in ensuring that our various suppliers receive payments in line with the agreed terms, thus ensuring our excellent external relationships continue to strengthen and grow. Your timely and accurate reconciliation work will help ensure smooth reporting processes throughout the business.
Your day-to-day:
- Responsible for reconciliation of multiple supplier statements
- Responsible for reconciliation of virtual credit card (VCC) statements
- Responsible for merchant acquirer statement reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of KPI reports
- Supporting with month-end reporting
- Supporting the management of our various VCC accounts
- Supporting the processing of invoices and expenses
- Supporting the management of two inboxes
- Supporting ad-hoc Finance Automation Projects
- Supporting ad-hoc other areas of the wider finance team
Your skillset:
- Experience in supplier statement reconciliation
- Experience of working in supplier payments/accounts payable in the travel industry
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel
