My client has a new role working in a field sales role speaking with small to medium sized business owners, they offer a solution to help them successfully run their business. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships and then closing a sale.
As a Field Sales Executive, you will have a basic salary of £30,000, company car and the opportunity to earn competitive uncapped commission £75k OTE by building relationships with small businesses to help them drive their business forward. You will be responsible for creating new business and driving sales. They are currently adding to their Field Sales team in the Leicester location, and they are looking for individuals who are passionate about sales, driven to succeed, and have a proven track record of exceeding targets. Their goal is to help and empower more business owners throughout the UK.
What you'll do:
- Identifying and engaging potential clients within your designated territory, focusing on small and medium-sized businesses.
- Conducting compelling face-to-face meetings and delivering persuasive product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of my client's product.
- Effectively communicating the product's value proposition and unique selling points, addressing client needs and objections with finesse.
- Proactively generating leads and building a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, referrals, and other targeted activities.
You’ll be great for the Field Sales Executive role if:
- You have demonstrated success in a prior Field Sales role, ideally from the B2B sector, however B2C would be acceptable.
- You have the ability to consistently exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding results.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and foster excellent client relationships.
- You have in-depth knowledge of your market and a genuine passion for supporting local SMBs.
- You have experience with outbound lead generation, cold calling and building lead pipelines.
