As the Product Manager, you will spearhead the development and maintenance of our core systems responsible for financial ledger management and the safeguarding of customer assets and other key components. You will be a key point of contact from the product team, working with different stakeholders from treasury, technology, and others with the objective of building a unified safeguarding module to support the launch of new products, features, and regional expansions. The treasury team is instrumental in managing liquidity to enable Visa Direct to meet speed promises and minimize costs. You will be responsible for developing the infrastructure that will enable us to optimize our liquidity management. Visa Direct is rapidly expanding globally, creating new products for consumers and businesses, entering new jurisdictions, and offering new products. This is a unique opportunity to lead complex projects integrating new Visa products and markets into our Treasury systems. You will ensure that we implement and update the systems to enable the treasury team to fulfill its obligations as Visa Direct continues to scale into new markets and products. You will support operations teams through new implementations, including training regional operations teams on safeguarding processes as part of regional expansions.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable working with agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban, and across 1-2 teams.
  • Ability to define a product backlog using standard categories like epics & user stories and experience making tough trade-offs and prioritization decisions.
  • Experience crafting a vision for your product based on customer discovery, market research, data analysis, etc.
  • Domain knowledge in Fintech is a strong plus - e.g. payments, FX, transaction banking, or trading.
