We have an exciting opportunity for a Leakage Analyst to join the Service Delivery Team at Yorkshire Water and be a part of helping Yorkshire Water to provide the best service to our customers.

The Service Delivery Team is a key part of how we plan to meet the changing expectations of customers and regulators.
Where you fit in: As our Leakage Analyst, you will be part of a business-critical role providing the key analytical skills for the business to achieve its leakage reduction performance commitment target. You will be responsible for managing the Net base Campaigns and acoustic logging end-to-end processes. Using platforms such as Net base, PermaNet, Halma Online, RTS, SAP, and Odyssey, you will analyse flow, pressure, and acoustic alarm data to identify unaccounted for water losses in the water distribution network.
What skills & qualifications you will need:
- Have a technical understanding of the water distribution network
- Demonstrate proven analytical skills
- Experience in Yorkshire Water's corporate systems including: Netbase, Permanet, Datagate, Visible Networks, SAP, Odyssey, Halma Online, RTS, ICE, YorBill, Lotus Notes, AI2.
- Confident at presenting
- Effective communication skills, an empathetic attitude, and experience of providing excellent customer service
- Ability to focus on specific activities whilst understanding the wider impact of service delivery to all customers
You will also benefit from having:
- Advanced user of Netbase including analysis of Latis pressure and flow time series data
- Advanced user of PermaNet including analysis of level and spread acoustic data and interpreting sound files and acoustic histograms
- Advanced user of Excel and PowerBi
- Understand the leakage calculation and how business operability is calculated
