The Person:
- Seeking an Experienced Temp/Freelance Recruiter working within Marketing, Creative or Office Support.
- Experience as a successful temp recruiter is essential with the ability to grow a desk.
- Open to cross training from Office Support but experience in creative, marketing sectors is ideal.
- Able to work in a collaborative and consultative way with clients & candidates.
- Ability to develop, network and build relationships is really key.
- Would suit someone who is self-driven and highly motivated to be successful.
- Enjoy working in a grown-up and mature working environment, with like-minded individuals.

- A high-profile client base across clients, agencies, brands and Inhouse.

- Passionate MD, who is very supportive and leads from the front.
- Hybrid working currently 3 days but hoping to drop to 2 days later in the year.
The Role:
- 2 x opportunities for experienced Temp/Freelance Marketing and Creative Recruiters.
- You will be joining the current perm consultants to mirror the same markets.
- A warm desk with active clients to work on straight away.
- You will be working with clients across the Fashion, Beauty, Retail, Travel and Leisure sectors.
- Client brands include Jo Malone, Expedia, Ted Baker, Formula 1, Thorntons, Ralph Lauren.
- This is a 360 role so business development will be required in order to build out the client network further.
- You will need to understand how to grow a temp desk successfully.
- Working proactively to follow up leads, referencing, referrals, networking etc.
- Current temp billers are generating over £200k +.
- This is a mature environment so requires someone self-motivated and ambitious.
- Superb team environment, really collaborative and will provide lots of support.
