At FinTrU, we are looking for a Facilities Manager to join our team in Belfast. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an expanding business. The role will be to manage the Facilities operations and support the local office managers. This role is office based 5 days per week.

You should apply if you have:

  • Previous experience as a facilities manager, or equivalent, with the ability to demonstrate the fast-paced nature and high standards of the working environment
  • Experience of leading office refurbishment projects or can demonstrate your budgeting and cost management experience, particularly within a design and space planning project
  • Leading office refurbishment / fit out projects

  • Driving the Facilities management within all office locations
  • Participating & managing office refurbishment/fit out projects
  • Oversight of Health and Safety in the workplace
  • Driving forward new environmental strategies
