We are seeking a Communication Specialist to develop, implement, and oversee internal and external communication strategies that enhance brand awareness, ensure message consistency, and engage key stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, along with experience in media relations, content creation, and corporate communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development: Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for press releases, newsletters, social media, blog posts, reports, and internal communications.
  • Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and media outlets; pitch stories and manage press inquiries.
  • Social Media Management: Manage day-to-day social media posts with high quality content including videos. Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Internal Communication: Ensure effective communication across departments, including crafting internal newsletters, employee announcements, and company updates.
  • Public Relations: Assist in communication planning and reputation management including crisis communication.
  • Event Coordination: Support corporate events, conferences, and public appearances by preparing materials and coordinating media coverage.
  • Market Research & Reporting: Monitor communication performance metrics, gather audience insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace.
  • Experience with graphic design, video editing, or basic HTML (a plus).

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in using and managing latest digital tools to create and execute social media content.
