Your role
- We’re looking for an investment banker who can, inter alia:
- Be a proactive member of transaction execution and client coverage teams
- Build financial models and complete valuation analysis
- Develop presentation and other materials for client meetings
- Monitor financial market developments
- Research key UK M&A and business trends
- Develop a good grasp of the UK regulatory landscape
Your team
As an Analyst in the UK Investment Banking team, you will be working on projects across various sectors and products with a UK focus. You will provide key analytical support in transaction execution and origination efforts, including mergers & acquisitions, corporate broking, execution of equity and debt capital markets transactions, and leveraged buyouts.
Your expertise
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking, ideally including experience in corporate broking
- Solid analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong financial modeling and technical skills and an interest in the financial markets
- Client and solutions focused, and an excellent communicator
