An exciting opportunity in a thriving business, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of ChelseaPeers.com. This hands-on role will involve managing the entire e-commerce process from product detail pages (PDPs) and product listing pages (PLPs) to website performance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, strategic, and passionate about optimising the online shopping experience to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce Strategy & Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online store. Manage product listings, ensuring content creation, copy, taxonomy, imagery, and SEO optimisation are up to standard. Create engaging landing pages for campaigns, data capture, and PR. Accountable for testing, setting up, and managing seasonal promotions, reporting performance. Work alongside the Head of E-Commerce to develop and execute the e-commerce strategy.
- Website & User Experience Optimisation: Regularly assess and improve website design, functionality, and user navigation with a focus on enhancing the customer journey. Collaborate with third-party development agencies to enhance website features, functionality, and overall performance. Monitor website performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Customer Service & Satisfaction: Collaborate with the Customer Services team to ensure a smooth, seamless online shopping experience from product selection to post-purchase. Update static content to proactively resolve customer inquiries and issues. Analyse customer reviews and feedback, using insights to continually improve the online shopping experience.
- Analytics & Reporting: Regularly analyse sales data, traffic trends, and other KPIs to optimise e-commerce performance. Report on e-commerce performance and provide actionable insights to senior management. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency and profitability. Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely product availability and consistent messaging across all channels.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven track record in contributing to the growth and success of an e-commerce business.
- Strong understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.).
- Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Solid understanding of customer experience best practices and conversion optimisation.
- Commercial acumen with an understanding of the drivers of online engagement and the mechanisms to influence them.
- Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Other: Must have the legal right to work in the UK and be comfortable commuting to our Chiswick office in London. Hybrid working - 3 days in office. Full-time with flexible start time (8-10am).
