We are seeking a proactive, hands-on, and reliable Warehouse Manager to join our team. This is a key role where you will be responsible for managing daily warehouse operations while directly reporting to the Director. We're looking for someone who is confident on the phone and comfortable using computers and hand-held scanners. The ideal candidate will be able to lead by example, manage a team, and ensure efficient stock management and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all warehouse activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Manage stock control, order processing, and deliveries
  • Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times
  • Use hand-held scanners for inventory and order management
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients
  • Drive warehouse vehicles when required, so a valid driving license is essential
  • Report directly to the Director with updates and progress

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles
  • Confident using computers, including warehouse management software
  • Experience with hand-held scanners for inventory management
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Able to get stuck in and lead by example
  • Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in person
