What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll create and lead a high-performing team and act as a true role model by seeing everything from the customer’s point of view. In that way, you’ll inspire, motivate and empower everybody around you.

  • Your planning and organising skills will be key - each Argos store is a big, fast-moving business in its own right, and you’ll look ahead to make sure you have all the resources you need.
