Must have receptionist experience. Busy, small animal veterinary surgery in Crouch End, North London require a receptionist to join our team of 6 vets, 5 RVNs, 3 VCAs and our administration team. Our receptionists work in teams of 2 with an overlap each day for handovers. A qualified veterinary receptionist would be preferred.

You would be responsible for:

  • Greeting clients
  • Giving client information
  • Booking appointments
  • Taking card and cash payments
  • General reception & admin duties

We use TELEOS PMS and YEALINK telephone system.

Hours are as follows:

  • Monday 7.30am - 1.30pm
  • Tuesday 1.30pm - 7.30pm
  • Wednesday 7.30am - 1.30pm
  • Thursday 1.30pm - 7.30pm
  • Friday - alternates from early/late start
  • Saturday up to 11 per year - 8.30am - 2.30pm

Holiday is 4 weeks per year. Can earn loyalty days after 2 years continuous service. CPD is encouraged and paid for by surgery - pet nutrition, reception courses, health & safety etc.
