Your team
You will be joining the Risk and Control function in London, which is part of Integrated Client Lifecycle Services Organization in the Investment Bank Operations. We are focused on delivering best-in-class risk operational services. Interaction is with stakeholders such as Compliance, Internal Audit, Business Risk Manager, Regulators, FinCrime, Legal, in addition to our internal stakeholders within Integrated Client Lifecycle Services Organization.
Your expertise
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the banking industry
- Understanding of operational risk frameworks and controls, with exposure to non-financial risk management
- Strong client service mindset
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence others
- Strong work ethic, demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities, and high attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging presentations and analysis outputs
- Experience with advanced automation tools such as PowerBI, PowerApps, and Alteryx to support projects in non-financial risk management
- Strong analytical and conceptualization skills
