About the Role
Are you a dynamic and motivated sales professional looking for an exciting opportunity in the IT channel industry?
Purpose of the role
This role is to lead on our used hardware sales platform, and is a desk bound sales role, that requires a confident, professional and industry aware sales professional. You will understand the refurbished second user market and broker marketplace, this is an essential requirement of the role.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of our used hardware products to new and existing clients
- Manage existing customers, selling hardware and attached services
- Identify and develop new customer sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Work with procurement, buying smart at the right price to maximise your profit margin
- Maintain administrative tasks by accurate system usage
- Be the main contact for all sales within your designated customer base
- Interpret and understand customer needs and align those needs to the specific products offered
- Attend customer meetings where required
- Maintain Sales Force to reflect our hardware sales platform and to drive reports and data
The successful candidate will have the following essential skills:
- Proven industry and channel hardware sales experience is essential for our role
- Established at selling to brokers and partners and have a proven successful track sales record in this area
- Must have the passion, drive and desire to succeed in sales
- Able to pick up the phone and self-confidence
