The International Real Estate team is responsible for WeWork’s EMEA and APAC real estate portfolio. The team works closely with the Global Real Estate team and other verticals of the business including Finance, Legal, Sales, Operations and Regional General Managers.

We are looking for a Real Estate Senior Associate to drive cross-functional projects and initiatives across EMEA and APAC, and work to improve overall management of the real estate portfolio. Your role will oversee key financial business processes and assist the department in driving growth and profitability for the wider business. As a Senior Associate, you’ll develop expertise in WeWork's EMEA and APAC real estate markets by understanding market trends and fundamentals that drive real estate decisions. Working alongside the Global Real Estate team, you’ll build strong landlord/tenant relationships to address operational concerns and lead landlord-facing negotiations or renegotiations. This position will report to the International Head of Real Estate.

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Real Estate or a related field.
  • Experience defining analytical/research projects, analysing data and financial modelling, preferably in the Commercial Real Estate sector.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret commercial real estate data and commercial leases and a proficient understanding of asset management.
  • Proficient in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and other third parties, including skillful negotiation of lease terms, rent, and other contractual obligations.
  • Highly motivated and willing to take on multiple responsibilities at once.
  • Resourceful, relentless and capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, and delivering results.
  • Strong multi-tasking capabilities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy to meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • A quick learner with a can-do attitude who adapts well to a fast-paced environment.
  • Dedicated team player who will enthusiastically support the wider team on executing joint missions.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Based in London.
  • Fluent English; other European or Asian languages a plus.
