Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing key retail relationships.
- Business development and new relationship development with retailers not currently traded with.
- Manage and grow relationships with distributors, agents, and direct retail partners.
- Take ownership of sales and profitability targets, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and sales strategies.
- Oversee international exhibitions and trade shows, representing the brand globally.
