We are recruiting on behalf of a leading brand in the consumer goods sector for a Retail Account Manager, looking after Spain, Italy, and the Middle East to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to lead sales strategy, manage key relationships, and expand the company's presence in international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing key retail relationships.
- Business development and new relationship development with retailers not currently traded with.
- Manage and grow relationships with distributors, agents, and direct retail partners.
- Take ownership of sales and profitability targets, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and sales strategies.
- Oversee international exhibitions and trade shows, representing the brand globally.
