Riskonnect, Inc. is seeking a candidate for the position of Training Consultant. The successful Training Consultant must have Salesforce experience, excellent presentation skills and knowledge of the risk and insurance industry. This role involves leading internal and external training sessions on a multitude of topics and developing training content as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct client and internal training on the Riskonnect Platform, specializing in the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) discipline using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods.
- Assist in the organization and planning of training initiatives, in line with project deadlines and expectations set forth by management.
- Design and development of new internal and client courses in various formats such as quick reference guides and e-learning courses.
- Work with subject matter experts to establish training requirements and course content.
- Collaborate with the product management team to clearly understand the usage and intent of new features and how that translates into training needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of instruction by performing audience analysis and developing surveys and other instruments to evaluate the data.
Your current Skillset will include:
- Ability to clearly convey concepts and ideas, both technical and non-technical, to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in managing priorities and working under pressure with changing priorities.
- Salesforce.com Administration knowledge.
- 5+ years’ experience training and/or educating in a corporate or educational environment.
- Experience in facilitating and developing courseware for web-based and instructor-led formats.
- GRC and Insurance industry knowledge required.
- Experience developing curriculum and/or lesson plans.
- Experience developing e-learning content.
