The purpose of this job is to support our customers via phone and email within the textile customisation markets in the DACH regions of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The employee will be responsible for marketing services to the existing customer base and also looking at ways to bring more clients over to our service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling the customer service requests that come in via email and phone.
- Dealing with orders, and customer requests that come in via our E-commerce website or directly.
- Keeping a close relationship with our top-tier customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Work closely with the marketing, customer service, and finance department for achieving objectives.
Qualifications:
- The candidate should be a graduate or post-graduate. Graduates in business administration will be preferred.
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in computer applications and the Internet.
- Clear communication, written and oral.
Working conditions:
The job will be a full-time opportunity (40 hours a week). The annual leave will be on a pro-rata basis. We currently have a hybrid working model, a combination of working from home with working in a team environment a few times a week. 2 weeks of on the job training will be provided by senior colleagues.
Remuneration:
The salary offered for this role is up to £28,000 annually, payable at the end of the month.
