Description
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support business goals and ensure supply continuity.
- Drive performance through strategic planning, inventory control, and supplier performance management.
- Manage sourcing activities and supplier relationships to ensure value, quality, and on–time delivery.
- Oversee sales and operations planning (S&OP) to align supply and demand.
- Manage inventory levels to balance working capital and service levels.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate across Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams.
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Professional Certifications preferred (MCIPS, APICS).
- Professional experience in procurement or supply chain management gained in a manufacturing environment.
- Sound understanding of procurement best practices.
- Strong grasp of MRP/ERP systems and inventory control principles.
- Experience with logistics, warehousing, and distribution planning.
- Ability to interpret supply chain KPIs.
